I reached out to Dremus for repairs in our church kitchen. After agreeing on scope and price, they failed to schedule and complete the work.
Despite consistent calls (over seven weeks) seeking status updates, they did not once follow-up.
Perhaps our request was out of their comfort zone. I can't accurately judge work that is not done, but the level of customer service was very disappointing.
