I had a wonderful experience working with Stephen today! He was able to come out to fix my dryer immediately. From the time I called him, to the time he left my home with my dryer working like new, only about an hour and a half had passed. He was very kind and professional, and was considerate with his use of shoe covers, as well as a mask to keep himself and my family safe amidst a pandemic. His prices were great, and I was given the option to pay for services via Zelle, making the whole process even that much easier. I definitely recommend working with him, and plan to hire him again for any future repairs I may need.
My newly purchased Maytag dryer was rotating but not heating. I called Dremus around 10am and they had a technician, Stephen, at my house an hour later. Stephen was incredibly polite, professional, and patient. My wife had completely taken apart the dryer to diagnose the problem and had left it in pieces. Even upon seeing the dryer in pieces, Stephen remained professional and understanding--no doubt the state of it was an added challenge to his job.
In short order, Stephen had tracked down the issue--insufficient voltage at the motor. He even shared with me a few tips along the way for future appliance fixes! After all was said and done, he told me that the motor needed to be replaced and recommended I purchase a replacement online to install myself. He said he could of course do the work for me, but that it was an easy fix and would save me money to do it myself-- can't beat that honesty.
I HIGHLY recommend Dremus for your appliance repairs. If their service and professionalism is the same for all appliances as for my dryer, you will absolutely be happy you called them.
Stephen was on time, extremely responsive, very professional, kept me in the loop, was innovative in fixing my setup which the previous owners had mangled, and charged an incredibly reasonable rate. Will absolutely utilize his services again!
