I hope they are okay. First experience at the beginning of August was great...I called, they answered right away, came in less than 24 hours, fixed my washer, and done. But my washer started doing the exact same thing within three weeks. I called on Tuesday, no answer first call, answer second call but they were busy and would need to call me back. No callback. So I called multiple times throughout the day Wednesday, and left a voice mail. No callback. Called multiple times Thursday, on about the third call of the day someone answered and said he would have to call me back in 5-10 minutes. I waited over an hour, no callback, and called them back and left another message. Still no callback. I called multiple times Friday, no answer.i just called for the first time today, no answer. If you're booked, then just answer and tell me you're booked. But I'm trying to come back to you because you say you guarantee your work for 30 days, and it's the exact same issue so I don't want to spend $200 on another business
Made an appointment on Friday for Monday; got confirmation email and had good service over the phone. It’s Monday - no call, no show. I called at 2:00 to see if they were coming and left a voicemail. Got no response back.
Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND -1/10.
Stephen (the owner I believe) came to our house to replace a washer seal on our front load washer, turns out we had the "wrong part" so he told us he would find and order the correct part and let us know how much, when it would be delivered exc. He told me he would get in touch with me later that evening, he left and haven't heard from him since.
I've called, texted, nothing. Mind you, he wanted to charge us 80$ for being there for 3 mins.. for doing nothing. I'm glad we didn't pay that or else we would have been jipped out our money. Terrible way to run a business, should be illegal.
