I have had a horrible experience with Steven and his company. I had an appointment scheduled for which he did not call or show up to my home. When I called him he said the appointment was for another date, which was not true. For the 2nd appointment I had to call Steven again to remind him of the appointment. He sent one of his workers that assessed my fridge and reported it back to Steven. It was 2 weeks later when I called Steven again when he said that parts were needed for which he did not order until I called him again. Upon receipt of the parts, he was to call me an schedule a follow up to finish the repairs. It has been over 1 month and he has yet to call me back to finish the repairs. I do not recommend anyone use this service unless you have time to chase Steven around and miss multiple days from work because of his piss poor communication, scheduling and reliability. As for my home repair, it was approved and you have the parts but failed to contact me to make the final repairs.
Stephen is a nice guy, runs on time, great communication. We have called him for several repairs. One we had him do the repair, another time paid him for his time to diagnose, and I was able to get the part and do the repair. Modern appliances break all the freaking time so it's invaluable to have someone like this around. Thank you
Do not be misled by the 1 Star review; this is a minus 10 Star review. This repair service came to fix a problem with our Whirlpool refrigerator ice maker. He first said the compressor was bad and had to be replaced; We told him that the refrigerator and freezer were working fine and the only problem was the ice maker. He proceeded to take the refrigerator apart and then put it back together again. He advised that fan for the ice maker was bad and would have to be replaced. After he had left, we noticed that the water dispenser was not working. We found the filter had not been installed correctly and when he replaced the top panel in the refrigerator, the filter was above the panel and could not be removed. After about 10 days and numerous attempted contacts with this company (phone and Email), he called and told us he was on his way to get the parts and would call us for a time/date to install the fan. It has been two weeks since that call and NO contact with this company. (We did receive an Email from the company: Invoice Due from DREMUS APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC - $356.00).
