Very unprofessional experience this time. I had actually used this technician before and previously received good service, which is exactly why I chose to call him again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and beyond unprofessional.
I paid $189 for him to repair my washing machine, and the issue was not fixed. The washer continued leaking when it drained immediately after he completed the repair. I contacted him multiple times the same day and afterward asking for him to return or issue a refund, and I never received a call back or any response. Once he received payment, communication completely stopped.
In addition to that, I paid for the replacement part that was supposedly needed for the repair. The part was ordered from Amazon and delivered to his home. I was initially told the part would arrive on Thursday, so I took a day off work to be available for the repair. After I had already taken off, he informed me the part would not arrive until Friday. I lost a day of work without pay due to the change and was never compensated for that inconvenience.
During the repair, a main plastic piece on the washer that was previously intact ended up broken. A piece of silver tape was placed over it, which was not there before the service. When I questioned it, I was told it would look fine once I placed my laundry detergent container back on top of the washer.
Because the problem was never resolved and I could not get any assistance afterward, I was ultimately forced to purchase a brand new washer. The washer he attempted to repair is now sitting in my garage. I have attached photos showing the wet floor after the repair, the lack of communication, and the washer with the tape that was placed over the broken piece.
As a customer, you expect someone to stand behind their work, especially when you have used their services before. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I would not recommend this service.”
We had an excellent experience with this appliance repair company. They repaired both our refrigerator and microwave, and everything is working perfectly now. The technician was knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain the issue and the fix. The service was efficient, professional, and fairly priced.
